United States Senator for Florida has condemned President Joe Biden’s ‘Build Back Better Act’ saying its not socialism.
President Biden’s Build Back Better Act proposal is in quest to expand social programmes such as new medicare benefits, new climate mitigation, child tax credits, clean energy programmes and many more.
The above mentioned initiatives are somewhat social interventions but Mr. Marco Rubio said the President’s policy is “not socialism but marxism”
Any state that practices marxism is not far from practicing communism because the Marxist theory is a transitional stage between capitalism and communism. Both are distinguished by unequal distribution of goods and pay according to work done.

Build Back Better Plan will see to $3.5 trillion spending on the above mentioned programmes over a 10year period
