Barcelona director, Mateu Alemany says Dembele must leave the club because he’s no more committed to the club. Alemany revealed Dembele wanted to leave the club and they must find a way to sell him at all cost. The plan is to sell him before January ends.
“we understand that Dembele’s decision is not to continue and our decision has been communicated to him. We want committed players at Barcelona and he is not. Dembele must leave as soon as possible” Alemany told news reporters.

Alemany also revealed they started engaging with Dembele and his team but all efforts to keep the player at Barcelona proved futile. So it’s very clear he wants to leave. According to him, he will no more be dedicated to the club like before so the club must do the needful.
“we started talks with Dembele’s agent in July, our offers have been systematically rejected by him. We told Dembele he has to leave immediately. We expect Ousmane to be sold”
