Barcelona are currently working to sign Cesar Azpilicueta as a free agent according to reports. Cesar Azpilicueta is Chelsea’s current captain. He captained the English club to several games. Cesar has truly paid his dues on all levels for Chelsea. But according to Fabrizio, Azpilicueta and his representatives are yet to communicate to Chelsea. The club is however waiting for him.
