Chief Justice of Ghana, Justice Anin Yeboah ask CID to investigate bribery allegations against him

Chief Justice of Ghana, Justice kwesi Anin Yeboah has tasked the Criminal Investigations Department, CID to investigate a bribery allegations against him.
The Chief Justice has asked the CID to investigate the matter according to a letter signed by the Judicial Secretary. A case of one Akwesi Afrifa Esq. has accused the Chief justice bribery and corruption.
“The attention of His Lordship the Chief Justice has been drawn to copies of letters from a lawyer (Akwesi Afrifa, Esq) and his client, the plaintiff in a matter of OGYEEDOM OBRANU KWESI ATTA Ivv Ghana TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY & LANDS COMMISSION, to the disciplinary Committee of the General Legal Council, and which letters are making rounds on social media. His Lordship is saddened that without any shred of evidence, his name has been dragged into this sordid and potentially criminal matter” the letter reads.
Below are details of the letter to the CID. In the letter, His Lordship made it clear that he is available to assist in all matters regarding to the allegations.
