Church charged bride to clean make-up before ceremony can proceed. Here’s her real face (photos)
According to the Church, it’s not right for a woman to make-up herself for a marriage ceremony. News published by a Nigerian website, correcting.com has it that one ‘Mountain of Fire and Ministries’ church demanded the bride completely clean up her makeup.
The lady who is very young and ready for her husband to come for her was walked majestically by her entourage to the church premises only to be disappointed. The church revealed that make-up is one of the practices and doctrines so they seriously frown upon ladies who ware make up. No woman is actually allowed to make-up.
The make up artist who broke the news took to her Instagram page to lament on how her client was treated
I had an unusual encounter with my bride on Saturday. After her engagement in the morning, i had to take off her makeup for church service. Her church doesn’t permit makeup. I was frustrated and angry because i would have to start the makeup from scratch for her reception, and we know the rush is usually epic when they come back from church for the reception program
The make up artist sadly said. Do you agree with the church? What your take on this. The make up artist actually went on to lament terribly.
