Troubles of former US President, Donald Trump continue to pile up after the 2020 general elections
Former President of the United States, Donald Trump has officially been subpoenaed by January 6 commutee. The commutee was set up immediately after the 2020 general elections to investigate the chaos that erupted during the January 6 insurrection on the Capitol Hill.
The commutee has asked him to turn over documents by November 4 and later appear for a deposition by November 14, 2022.
Several Trumpters are currently facing charges after January 6 incident. Some are already languishing in jail as we speak.
Steve Bannon has also been sentenced to 4 months on prison for contempt of Congress after defying January 6 subpoenas. He has also been fined $6,500 for refusing to testify.
“You are hereby commanded to appear before the Select Committee to investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol of the House of Representatives of the United States at the place, date and time specified below”
