Former Malawian Member of Parliament, Clement Chiwaya shot himself dead.

Mr. Clement Chiwaya left a note about a dispute he had with parliamentary officials over the ownership of a specially adapted vehicle, according to BBC.
He revealed in the note he shot himself because he was tired of begging for what was his, and he took his own life for the fear of “hurting others”. Malawian Police are however investigating how Mr. Clement Chiwaya was able to enter parliament with a gun. Malawian Parliament is said to be a very high security zone where everyone, including parliamentarians are searched before they’re allowed in. Reports say Mr. Chiwaya paid for the vehicle but Parliament was yet to transfer ownership to him. Several attempts to process the vehicle’s ownership was not successful he revealed in the letter.

Clement was born in 1971. He become a disability rights activist and successfully became a Member of Parliament on three occasions.
