Hon. Dzifa Attivor left behind three children. She was one of the leading members of the National Democratic Congress, NDC, Ghana’s biggest opposition party. Her sudden demise was announced this morning.
Reports reaching News247gh.com has it that Madam Attivor has been sick for sometime. She gave up the ghost on Monday, November 15 after her condition worsened. She died at the University of Ghana medical centre, Accra.

Dzifa Attivor was appointed as Deputy Minister for transport in 2009 by former President John Evans Atta Mills of blessed memory. She also contested for the primaries on the ticket of NDC for Ho West Constituency but was defeated by the current Member of Parliament, Emmanuel Kwesi Bedzrah.
