Former UPSA student, Joseph Elikem Ziorklui becomes first Ghanaian Student President of Ohio University, America

Former Student of the University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA), Joseph Elikem Ziorklui becomes first Ghanaian Student President in Ohio University, America.
Elikem who completed one of Ghana’s fastest growing University, UPSA successfully become the very first Ghanaian to hold such an enviable position at Ohio University.

The news was disclosed by former BBC Deputy Editor, Ben Dotsei Malor. In a Facebook post, Mr Dotsei said this new position will make Joseph take charge of affairs for all post graduate students. Elikem who pursued Accounting and Finance at UPSA is reading Master’s Degree in Finance Economics at Ohio University.

Elikem hails from the Volta region of Ghana precisely from Atiavi. He attended Keta Business Senior High School. This year, he was announced as winner of the Treasurer election run-off for University Graduate Student Senate. He held a similar position when he was a student of UPSA.
