Ghanaian musician, Castro under fire & Janet Bandu declared dead after 7years of missing

Ghanaian musician Castro Under fire has been declared dead after seven years of missing. Exactly 7years ago, on this day July 6, popular Ghanaian highlife musician Theophilus Tagoe, known on stage as Castro disappeared with Miss Janet Bandu.

Both went missing at the Ada Estuary while on a holiday with some close friends. According to the law, one who is missing or has suddenly disappeared will be declared dead seven years after he or she has not been found.

As Castro and Miss Janet Bandu were very close friends, the latter quickly jumped into the water to help the former when she was drowning. Castro saw that his lovely friend was in trouble and as a Takoradi boy who knows how to swim very well, he decided to help her out. The two never came back since 2014 when this tragic incident occurred.

Several search teams were organized to look for them since the incident in 2014 but they were never found. While some of his colleague musicians believe he’s still alive, some, including his fans also believe he’s dead and resting in the Lord’s bosom.
