Ghanaian striker Jordan Ayew clash with Fred during Crystal Palace pre-season match 3-1 defeat to Manchester United

A pre-season friendly match between Manchester United and Crystal Palace at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Australia ended in a 3-1 defeat

About 80 minutes of the pre-season friendly match was dominate by Manchester United. However, Crystal Palace managed to score a goal when Joel Ward headed the ball from a near post corner. The Ghanaian striker Jordan Ayew had been involved in a heated argument at a point with Fred and Bruno Fernandes.

Fernandes was infuriated after Jordan Ayew gave him a close tackle from behind which alerted the referee to give Jordan a yellow card. Immediately after the Incident, Fred rushed to the scene to defend Fernandes as both players engaged in a heated argument.
