Ghanaians blame Anas for Black Stars abysmal performance at Afcon2021. They believe his corruption investigation on Kwesi Nyantekyi ruined Ghana Football

Ghanaians blame Anas Aremeyaw Anas after years of exposing Kwesi Nyantekyi. They are not happy about the performance of Black Stars at the Afcon2021 competitions happening in Cameroon. Some have complained bitterly after they had a draw in their second game at Afcon against Gabon. An early goal from Andre Ayew gave Ghana a lead but a late goal from Gabon equalized it.

Black Stars have also lost to Algeria in a friendly match just hours before the main tournament began Ghana suffered a 3-0 defeat to Algeria in Afcon friendlies

Ghana Black Stars went through hell to qualify for the 2021 Afcon tournament. Their last match against South Africa was also a tough one Fifa to investigate Ghana vs South Africa World Cup qualifier

Investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas in his 2018 expose` coaght Kwesi Nyantekyi in a corruption scandal. Kwesi later lost his job as President of Ghana Football Association.
