Gov’t of Haiti declares state of emergency as earthquake death toll nears 1500

Haitian government has declared a state of emergency after earthquake deaths near 1500. Haiti’s Civil Protection Agency reported that at least 1,419 lives have been lost.

Tropical Depression Grace swept over parts of Haiti with devastating rains two days after earthquake struck the country’s western side.

7.2 magnitude earthquake hit the carrebian nation on Saturday in Western part of Haiti. Killing the number of people mentioned above, injuring and displacing over 6,000 people. The country battled for Tropical Depression Grace on Monday after death toll galloped from 304 to nearly 1500 while they try to recover.
