I’m sorry, offensive sermon was preached 20years ago – Bishop Dag Heward Mills begs Asentehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II

Founder and leader of Lighthouse Chapel International, Bishop Dag Heward Mills has apologized to king of Ashanti Kingdom, Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II after the former allegedly attacked the latter in a leaked audio days ago.

According to him, the alleged sermon where he criticized the king happened nearly two decades ago, and was totally taken out of context and Ghana media has ‘maliciously’ circulated the said audio to create disaffection for his church and him personally.

‘I am deeply saddened that, a message I shared at a conference nearly 20years ago has been taken out of context and circulated by persons Who have previously declared that they will maliciously cause our churches in Kumasi to be closed down. I wish to apologize to His Majesty Otumfuo Nana Osei Tutu II, for any disrespect, insult or harm caused him or his royal court. Please accept my profound apologies for the statements I made” Bishop Dag Heward Mills stated

The man of God revealed how very weekend people are working against him and his church in Ghana and across the world.
