It’s okay not to marry in life – Ghanaian film maker, Uncle Ebo Whyte tell ladies

It’s okay not to marry in life – popular Ghanaian film maker, Uncle Ebo Whyte tell ladies

According to the play maker, it is high time ladies begin to understand “its just okay to stay single and not to marry”. He was speaking on TV3Newday, October 8, 2021 when he made this observation.

To him the notion that you can live without your partner is very wrong. He’s therefore asking ladies to let men know they’re glad to have them.

“Let them know that you’re glad they’re in your life but without them, you’ll have a fantastic life because you’re complete without a man. If you think the pressure that they put on you to get married is bad, think about the stress of being married to a twerp. And as I tell my adopted daughters, please don’t marry the kind of man you find yourself apologizing your children for. Some mothers are always apologizing to their child for the kind of fathers they gave them” he said on TV3NEWDAY with Berla Mundi

Uncle Ebo explained further that ladies must pretend they don’t want to marry even if they’re in dying need of it because

“The human nature being what it is whenever you show that you need something badly from someone that is when he would withhold it from you. Pretend you don’t need it, and they would be chasing you with it. Unfortunately, too many ladies allow society’s pressure to get to them. Its unfortunate, they shouldn’t. I think it’s about time we teach women to also understand that it’s okay not to be married. You are complete without a man. And if all ladies can communicate to the men in their lives that , you know something, I am so glad you’re in my life but without you, I will have a fantastic life. If we can communicate that, we would have better relationships instead of ‘if you leave me, I will kill myself'” he detailed.
