He became United States’ second Catholic President after John F. Kennedy. He has always been a Catholic. Biden would carry Beau’s rosary in his pocket for Sunday Mass. He referenced the Catholic hymn “On Eagle’s Wings” during his victory speech in November. Biden revealed the song was very important for his late son beau who died of brain cancer in 2015.
