Mbappe missed the previous match which many said led to the defeat of PSG. Though Neymar and Messi played, they believe Mbappe could have been a complement. The 23year old is considered the pillar of the club. They are willing to offer him a another juicy deal which could be considered the biggest deal in football. Real Madrid are also pushing to sign the player.

Now, it is clear he missed the previous match because of his injury. Mbappe picked up the injury after he had a clash with his colleague player during training session. A video of that incident has emerged on social media.
Idrissa Gueye stepped on his foot during a tackle which led to his injury.
The striker is unlikely to play the Champions league on Wednesday against Real Madrid. Mbappe already scored a winning goal against Real Madrid two weeks ago.
