Recently, there were reports that Kylian Mbappe’s team intentionally played both clubs purposely to secure a juicy deal for the player. Mbappe’s mother yesterday said that his son was now having deals with both Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain and that the ball is in the court for Kylian Mbappe to decide his future. Real Madrid were very optimistic of signing the player until Paris Saint-Germain offered him to become the owner of their sporting project.
Erling Haaland was the top striker on the list of Real Madrid until Kylian Mbappe showed up. They did not make any move to get Haaland because they prioritized Kylian over him. His new contract with French club Paris Saint-Germain is reported to have a extended for three more years with €300million signing bonus. €100million a year salary after tax. He can also approve signing and sales of players and coaches, and he will have a say on the sporting director. This is truly the biggest signing in the history of football.
