Laliga President says Kylian Mbappe’s new contract with PSG “is an insult to football”

Real Madrid President Florentino Perez says they broke Mbappe’s childhood dream of playing for the club. “They have broke the dream you had since you were a child” he said

Laliga President is not happy about Kylian Mbappe’s contract renewal with French club Paris Saint-Germain. Javier Tebas Medrano described the contract as absolutely insane and “insult to football”.

Javier Tebas Medrano made his observations hours after it was confirmed Kylian Mbappe was no longer going to Real Madrid but will stay at Paris Saint-Germain.

Several reports said the French man was going to Real Madrid, including some French media houses too. But Kylian Mbappe disappointed them all after his announcement of contract renewal with PSG.

“What PSG is going to do by renewing Mbappe with large amounts of money (to know where and how he plays for them) after € in recent season and having more than 6300m € in salary is an insult to football” Laliga President Javier Tebas Medrano said.

He also said PSG President Al Khelaifi is a very dangerous for championing such a deal.

“Al Khelaifi is as dangerous as the Super League” he posted on twitter.

Laliga hours ago reported PSG to FIFA saying “this type of agreement attacks economic stability of European football, putting at risk hundreds of thousands of jobs and the integrity of the sports, not only in European competitions, but also in domestic leagues”
