That contract is now sealed and confirmed. Christensen will surely join Barcelona this summer. Barcelona are said to formalise every deal witj Chelsea this week for the player, since the deal was verbally made.
Reports also say his father, Sten preferred his son to stay at Chelsea or probably sign for another Premier league club because he had more huge offers but he insists of joining Laliga. The player want his childhood dream fulfilled; to one day play for Barcelona.
The player is also inspired by Xavi’s project and want to be part of it. Xavi joined Barcelona this season as Head Coach and has completely turned things around. The Spanish club are now third on the league table.
