Mo Salah signs three year contract with Liverpool

Liverpool fans can’t express their satisfaction enough as Mo Salah renews his contract with the English club. They have been waiting for this day for too long. Now, it’s over.

The Egyptian king Mo Salah signs three year contract with Liverpool early hours of Friday July 1st 2022. Mo Salah had earlier raised several topics concerning his contract. At a point he told the club they knew what he wanted so they were in the best position to decide.

He actually wanted a pay rise but Liverpool looked at several factors before his contract was finally established.

Mo Salah is now Liverpool’s best paid player as he will take £350 every week over a three year period.

Liverpool coach, Klopp said Liverpool is where Salah belongs and watching him in the past five years has given him more hope.

“He belongs with us, this is his club. I have no doubt Mo Salah’s best years are still to come, because the first five seasons here have been the stuff of legend” Klopp said.

Mo Salah celebrated his 30th birthday weeks ago, and will he 33 when his contract with Liverpool expires.
