French international Ngolo Kante is expected to miss the 2022 World Cup in Qatar this year

French international Ngolo Kante will miss the 2022 World Cup which will come off in Qatar from November 20th. Kante who currently plays for English club, Chelsea has had several injuries last season and this season as well.

Many Chelsea fans want the French midfielder gone after helping the club win several trophies. They believe the injuries are too much and its time to say goodbye to the legendary midfielder.

The midfielder is currently battling hamstring injury and is expected to heal in weeks to come which means he won’t make it to Qatar.

Chelsea new coach Graham Potter revealed Kante’s situation “is a setback” and “it’s not looking good”

“He’s due to see a consultant at the weekend. It’s not positive news. I can’t guve you anymore” Potter told news reporters.

Ngolo Kante is undoubtedly one of the best midfielders in the world but his health is worrying. The 31year old midfielder is faced repeated injuries since 2019 till now. He missed 60 matches over this period and his contract at Chelsea is expected to end this summer.
