N’golo Kante was all over the place from the beginning of the match right to the end. An early goal from the English team gave them massive performance booster, making them dominate the game. A corner kick by Hakim Ziyech helps Kai Havertz with the first goal at the 8th minute. His header gave the blues a lead against Lille.
Pulisic blasts it into the net in from the box after Kante run to seal the first leg win.

Speaking on his performance, Head Coach Thomas Tuchel revealed he hasn’t been his real self in previous games but he’s always on point when he’s fit.
“I was very pleased today, it took him a while. I have to sat he was not his real self in the last matches, struggled a bit with his believe, intensity and in this game in general, It was good that he stepped up today. It was good to see” he said.
The French International had won Man of The Match in previous champions league games. This one is a plus.
