President Museveni of Uganda has agreed to take in 2000 Afghanistan refugees at the request of America

United states of America has requested that Uganda take in 2000 Afghan refugees, a request President of Uganda, Yoweri Museveni has agreed to.
Refugees Minister for Uganda, Esther Anyakun had confirmed that the President was ready to accept these Afghanistan refugees who are currently in desperation and are eager to leave Afghanistan after Taliban fighters retake power control after 20years of power struggle.

United Kingdom is also making plans to accommodate Afghans but Home Secretary and Member of Parliament for Witham, Priti Patel in an interview disclosed that it was not going to be possible to take in 20000.
“Primarily because we cannot accommodate 20000 on the go, we actually spoke to Canada and they can’t” she said, citing that it is going to be a gradual process.
In an interview, spokesman for Taliban fighters says Afghan girls will have access to education but previous reports revealed how Afghan women might be subjected to sharia law, something that was practiced over 20years ago when they were in power.
