Prez Akufo-Addo Orders Interior Minister to Probe Into the Deaths at Ejura

President Akufo-Addo orders interior minister to probe into the uproar and deaths at Ejuara.

The letter states that the Interior Minister should provide detailed report within ten days to President Akufo-Addo.

It reads further that the president is deeply saddened by the deaths of Ibrahim Mohammed, Abdul Nassir Yussuf and Murtala Mohammed.

The president has extended his sincere condolences to the families of the deceased.

Couple of days ago, a young man by the name Ibrahim Mohammed aka Kaaka was murdered in cold blood. Reports indicate that the 40-year-old was killed my Mob.

His death brought uproar at Ejura. Ejura natives clashed with the Ghana Armed Forces which resulted in the death of two others.

The deceased, Kaaka was an active FTC campaigner. He recorded himself highlighting some key concerning issues that must be fixed in his town.

Some people were displeased with his demeanor. Even the deceased received a warning letter by Ghana Police yet he kept on pushing his agenda.

Many Ghanaians including actress Yvonne Nelson have called on president Akufo-Addo to speak about the uproar at Ejuara.

The actress disclosed that the people will remember the deaths under Akufo-Addo’s watch.

She said, “Mr President @NAkufoAddo you will be remembered for the many things happening under your watch. Nobody must die for protesting for A BETTER GHANA”
