Prosper Narteh Ogum: Former WAFA coach appointed new Asante Kotoko head coach.
Ghana Premier League gaints, Kumasi Asante Kotoko have appointed Prosper Narteh Ogum as head coach.
The 43-year old joins the Porcupine warriors on a two-year contract.
The former WAFA head coach, comes in to supplant Mariano Barreto who has been diminished of his obligations following errors with the Kumasi based club.
Kotoko reported the appointment through their offical Twitter handle in the early hours of Sunday.
Prior to becoming WAFA head coach, Prosper Narteh handled other Ghana Premier League clubs like Elmina Sharks, Ebusua Dwarfs and Karela United.
Kotoko completed the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season in second position subsequent to missing the mark in the last couple of rounds of the season while Narteh himself drove WAfA to a third spot finish.
