Queen Elizabeth strips Prince Andrew of all military titles and royal patronage. Prince Andrew will also no longer use his style of Royal Highness in any official capacity.
His trouble ballooned after a New York judge allowed a trail over sexual assault claims to proceed the ninth in the line of the throne. Prince Andrew stepped aside from representing the Royal Family in 2019 after an interview he granted BBC in 2019.
Virginia Giuffre claims that Prince Andrew was one of the several powerful men to whom Jeffrey Epstain ‘lent’ for abuse as a teenager. The Prince however denied all allegations against him. The Queen also directed that he defend himself as a private citizen.
