Ben Hodges is very optimistic about the Ukrainian army, and believes that they can retake Crimea. He was speaking to Lithuanian news outlet, LRT when he made his intentions known. “I hope that by the end of this year, Ukrainian forces will push Russian forces to the positions of February 23rd and that by middle of next year, the Ukrainians will be in Crimea.
