● Ghanaian reggae artiste, Rocky Dawuni has again been nominated for the Grammys. The last time he was nominated was six years ago, in 2016.

His very Grammy nomination was in 2016, where he was in the Best Reggae Alum category. The second is this very one, the 2022 Grammys for Best Global Music Album.
Other musicians in the same category include Wizkid, Femia Kuti, Angeli Quekidjo, Daniel Ho. Rocky Dawuni’s Album, Vioce of bunbon, Vol. 1 made it.

The Ghanaian artistes hails from the Northern part of Ghana. He’s a Pan-Africanist who always ensure his roots and culture are embedded in his art.
