Taliban not breaking their promises according to a United Nations official. UN said Taliban was not ready to keep its promise on how women are treated on Afghanistan and house house executions, Michelle Bachelet, High Commissioner for Human Rights revealed

The High Commissioner also revealed how 12year teenage girls have been blocked from schools and instructed to stay home. There have been reports of Taliban saying ‘Afghan women should at home and cook’
