Taliban can’t access Afghanistan government accounts as Google shut it down.

Tech gaint Google has shut down Afghanistan government accounts as Taliban try to form interim government. According to the Hill, ‘the Taliban is attempting to access the former officials’ emails’. The Hill said a person familiar with the story told Reuters.

The Taliban are hours into forming a new government. Reports that Taliban have captured all province in Afghanistan but a resistance Afghanistan force won’t give up Panjshir valley. There were reports former Vice President of Afghanistan, Amrullah Saleh who is one of the leaders of Panjshir resistance force fled but he published a video, noting that he was still in Panjshir.

“We’re In consultation with experts, we’re continuously assessing the situation in Afghanistan. We are taking temporary actions to secure relevant accounts as information continues to come in” spokesperson for Google told the Hill
