According to the former Inter Milan star, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are top clubs. Lukaku said these are clubs he wanted to go before Chelsea deal.

There are 3 teams at top level: Barcelona, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich. All players dream of them, that’s the truth. I thought I was going to one of those clubs after Inter Milan. This didn’t happen and I said. There’s only one club where I can imagine myself, it’s Chelsea” Lukaku said.
He also said he actually turned down Manchester City’s offer though it was a huge deal than that of Chelsea’s.
“In summer 2020, I turned down an offer from Manchester City. It was a higher offer than Chelsea’s one. I refused because I couldn’t leave Inter Milan after just one year. Its the club that saved my career when I was feeling bad at Manchester United.
