Trump says Russia’s invasion of Ukraine doesn’t make sense, believe he has the solution
Former President of the United States, Donald Trump says Russia’s invasion of Ukraine doesn’t make any sense. Trump said a lot of lives have already been lost which shouldn’t have been so.
The 45th President of the United States released a statement on the war ongoing in Ukraine. Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has led to the lost of lives of many Ukrainian civilians. The United Nations estimate on Ukrainian refugees revealed over six million people have now fled Ukraine. Earlier, the estimate was around four million: Ten million people have fled Ukraine amidst Russia war – UN
In Donald Trump’s statement on April 18, he said “it doesn’t make sense Russia and Ukraine aren’t sitting down and working out some kind of an agreement”
Trump said if the two countries do not come back to the negotiating table “there will be nothing but death, destruction and carnage” he said.
The former President also said Russia’s invasion of Ukraine shouldn’t have happened in the first place. But now that it has, both parties must figure out a solution as soon as possible. He earlier said Putin invading Ukraine could lead to World War III – Trump, saying the world needs of leader who can talk to him, and he’s he’s the only leader who can achieve that.
“This war should never have happened, but it did. The solution can never be as good as it would have been before the shooting started, but there is a solution, and it should be figured out now, not later when everyone will be dead” Trump issued a statement.
