There have been growing tensions between Russia and Ukraine in recent times. Russia has invaded Ukraine on countless times in the past years.
Latvia Prime Minister stated that, President Putin is trying to fight the sovereignty of Ukraine. “President Putin is fighting against Ukraine’s independence” he told the West to support Ukraine to increase NATO presence in Ukraine.

The have been growing reports of Russian soldiers presence on the borders of Ukraine. The West also accused Russia of its military deployment of over 100,000 soldiers on the Borders or Ukraine. Russia however denied claims and has also accused NATO of using belligerent rhetoric.

“I want to stress it one more time. Do you understand it or not, that if Ukraine joins NATO. And attempts to bring Crimea back by means, the European countries will be automatically pulled into a war conflict with Russia. But we also understand that Russia is one of the leading nuclear states, and by some modern components it even outperforms many” he said. Watch video below
