Vladimir Putin to make his first foreign trip since Ukraine invasion

Putin likewise plans to visit the Belarus city of Grodno on June 30 and July 1 to partake in a discussion with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, RIA news organization citedValentina Matviyenko, the speaker of Russia’s upper office of parliament, as telling Belarus TV on Sunday.
