We retrieved oil from them for easy penetration – State Attorney Moses Asampoah revealed after 21 LGBT activists arrested in Ho were granted bail

21 LGBTQI Ghanaian activists who were arrested in Ho for Unlawful Assembly have been granted bail today by High Court in Ho.

About a month ago, 21 LGBTQI activists were arrested in HO, capital of Volta Region of Ghana for some having their conference.

Speaking to Gifty on JoyNews, Moses Asampoah Senior state Attorney revealed that these LGBTQI activists were holding materials to orient and promote lesbianism.

‘We live in a society where we’re having laws and they must be protected. If you see the kind of materials we retrieved from these guys, you’ll be surprised. They hold conference to promote something against our laws, how can we not frown on that? This is bad for our country, it’s not part of our cultural heritage. He angrily said.

Mr Asampoah was interviewed on JoyNews on pulse programme where he revealed all these.

‘Holding suspects for investigation is not an abuse of human rights’ he noted. According to him, they also retrieved oils and other materials for sexual facilitation and easy penetration from them.

He however said that nobody touched them. ‘Nobody touched them, they were fed three times daily.
