President Volodymyr Putin announced mobilisation last week and just days after, Joseph became a citizen Russia which makes him legible to fight in Ukraine. But is that something he would consider? Because there have been reports of Russian troops dying in Ukraine. The numbers are just too many. Will he be willing to be mobilised when other Russians are running away?
